During 'Holy Hour' & at a funeral, Goa churches say vote for 'responsible ones'

The directive to hold special prayers came from the archbishop of Goa and Daman, Felipe Neri Cardinal Ferrao. "This has been interpreted as a message to vote for Congress," said one observer.
